Return Policy
All shutters are custom made to your specifications and therefore unfortunately are not returnable.

Cancellation Policy
Because orders are made to your specification, orders cannot be cancelled once they are in production.

Limited Warranty Policy
All Palm Coast shutter products are covered by a limited warranty. This warranty varies with type of product. The shutters are warranted for one year from date of purchase. Motors are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, pro-rated up to 5 years. The manufacturer will repair or replace a defective motor upon return and examination by manufacturer. The warranty does not cover freight or labor to remove or replace the motor.

The powder coat finish is warranted for 1 year.

Damage due to incorrect installation, improper maintenance or misuse is not covered.

If you have a warranty issue, please contact info@pcshuttersusa.com for a return authorization number. All products must be shipped prepaid. All returned products must have a returned authorization number marked on the outside of the package. No returns will be accepted without an RA number clearly marked on the outside of each package.

Palm Coast Shutters will inspect the returned product to determine if the product is defective. If defective we will either repair or replace the defective product. If it is under warranty, shipping costs will be paid for by Palm Coast Shutters.
